Speakers Bureau

While Seashore Gardens Living Center has provided care to the elderly for over 90 years, organizations often invite members of the professional, licensed staff to serve as guest speakers on topics such as "What is Assisted Living," "Senior Living in a Changing Era," and "Signs of an Aging Parent". Martin H. Klein, LNHA, CALA, President/CEO, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, has worked with Seashore Gardens Living Center for over 30 years. He was instrumental in bringing assisted living to the State of New Jersey and has received State and national recognition for his efforts and leadership in both the Nursing Home and Assisted Living industries. The American College of Health Care Administrator’s dedicated their Distinguished Administrator Award to him. He has sat on numerous local, state and national committees, during his tenure at Seashore Gardens Living Center.

Janice T. Cambron, LNHA, CALA, Assistant Executive Director, is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Assisted Living Administrator. For over 22 years, Mrs. Cambron has served in an executive leadership capacity. In 2000, Mrs. Cambron was named as "Outstanding Professional of the Year" by NJANPHA, the New Jersey Association of Non Profit Homes for the Aging. Working closely with families and community health care professionals, Mrs. Cambron has spoken to many local organizations, synagogues, senior groups, hospitals and social service agencies on the topics of "Aging," "Intergenerational Programming," "How to Select a Nursing Home" and more.

Myrna Posner, Resident Relations Coordinator, has worked with Seashore Gardens Living Center for seven years. Meeting families’ and caregivers’ needs during the admission process is just one of the many areas Myrna specializes in at the Living Center. She actively seeks out senior based organizations to provide helpful information on assisted living, nursing care, Alzheimer’s care, rehabilitation and respite care. Myrna continually serves as a guest speaker at local nutrition sites, senior-based organizations, senior apartment complexes, and senior living and social service agencies.
