P.A.C.E. Senior Exercise Program

Seashore Gardens Living Center invites area seniors (ages 65 and older) to participate in P.A.C.E., a Personalized Aerobic Circuit Exercise program. P.A.C.E. is a therapeutic conditioning program designed for seniors, combining state-of-the-art resistance machines with customized exercise levels, leading to increased strength and improved well-being. With a P.A.C.E. membership seniors enjoy three sessions a week with a personal trainer. There are no contracts to sign so the benefits of P.A.C.E. can be experienced on a monthly basis.

The results of P.A.C.E. include increased muscle density, flexibility, and mobility. There is also a cardiovascular benefit as well as improvements in upper and lower body strength. Since the P.A.C.E program is by appointment, the machines are always available. All clients receive one-on-one instruction and guidance, ensuring a customized exercise routine to meet individual needs.

" P.A.C.E. is a proven way for seniors to keep fit—safely and effectively. Those suffering from osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease, or are overweight can begin improving their health with P.A.C.E.," said Melissa Rundio, Director of Recreation and Volunteers.

For a free P.A.C.E. consultation, please contact Melissa Rundio, ADC, Director of Recreation and Volunteers at 609-748-4407 or email rundiom@seashoregardens.org
