P.A.C.E. Senior Exercise Program
The results of P.A.C.E. include increased muscle density, flexibility, and mobility. There is also a cardiovascular benefit as well as improvements in upper and lower body strength. Since the P.A.C.E program is by appointment, the machines are always available. All clients receive one-on-one instruction and guidance, ensuring a customized exercise routine to meet individual needs. " P.A.C.E. is a proven way for seniors to keep fit—safely and effectively.
